ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, we will send a tracking link to your registered email. You can check your parcel’s delivery status in real time. The standard worldwide delivery time is around 15 days.

HOW TO SHOP ONLINE?

Add your favorite items to cart, fill in your shipping address, and complete payment via PayPal or credit card to submit your order. The whole process is self-service.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER BEING CONFIRMED?

After payment is confirmed, your order will enter preparation. We will pack and ship your goods within 1–3 business days, and send you the tracking number afterward.

INCONSISTENT ORDER

If the items you received do not match your order, please take photos of the products and your order screenshot and contact our customer service. We will arrange reshipment or after-sales solutions after verification. communication with the seller and the payment system.

CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PAYMENT?

You can contact our customer service to modify your shipping address within 24 hours after payment. Once the parcel is handed over to logistics, address changes will not be supported.

WHAT IF THE PACKAGE IS HELD BY CUSTOMS?

All product prices shown on our store include all import taxes, so customs detention rarely happens. If your package is inspected, contact us and we will provide documents for customs clearance support.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Standard worldwide delivery takes about 15 days. Free worldwide shipping is offered for all orders over $99 USD. A flat shipping rate of $13 USD per item applies to orders under $99 USD.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You may cancel your order for free before shipment. Once the parcel has been dispatched, order cancellation will no longer be available.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

You can contact customer service to edit your shipping address or adjust items before shipment. No changes can be made after the package is sent out.

WHERE CAN I FIND MY ORDER NUMBER?

Your order number will be sent to your email after checkout. You can also view all your order records on the My Account page.

DO YOU DELIVER ON PUBLIC HOLIDAYS?

Our warehouse stops shipping during Chinese public holidays. Overseas delivery may be delayed by 1–3 days on local public holidays.

IS NEXT-DAY DELIVERY AVAILABLE ON ALL ORDERS?

We do not offer expedited next-day delivery. All orders are shipped via standard international logistics with an overall delivery time of about 15 days.

DO I NEED TO BE THERE TO SIGN FOR DELIVERY?

Couriers in most countries support parcel drop-off at your door or local pickup stations. Signature on receipt may be required by customs in certain regions. Please follow local delivery notifications.

DO YOU DELIVER TO MY POSTCODE?
We deliver to most countries and regions worldwide. Delivery to a small number of remote islands is unavailable. You may contact our support team to confirm before placing an order.
